Il plaide pour le courage et l&rsquo;honn\u00eatet\u00e9 afin d&rsquo;aborder justement les sujets difficiles pour pouvoir grandir ensemble et devenir une \u00e9quipe hautement performante. Dans son livre, il d\u00e9crit comment d\u00e9couvrir les dysfonctionnements dans les \u00e9quipes et comment les r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cinq dysfonctionnements sont&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>l&rsquo;absence de confiance \u2192 l&rsquo;inaccessibilit\u00e9, la m\u00e9fiance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peur des conflits \u2192 harmonie factice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manque de commitment \u2192 ambigu\u00eft\u00e9, arbitraire, absence d&rsquo;engagement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manque de responsabilit\u00e9 \u2192 normes peu \u00e9lev\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inattention aux r\u00e9sultats \u2192 statu quo, ego<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous pla\u00eet le plus dans ce livre&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Que je me suis retrouv\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;un ou l&rsquo;autre des dysfonctionnements. Soit je faisais partie du dysfonctionnement, soit je n&rsquo;avais pas le courage de l&rsquo;aborder et d&rsquo;apporter ma pierre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9difice. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, je peux aiguiser mon propre regard \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y a-t-il des points sur lesquels vous ne soutenez pas l&rsquo;argumentation du livre ou des domaines qui, selon vous, ne sont pas assez d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le livre me sert d&rsquo;inspiration et de point de rep\u00e8re pour ma r\u00e9flexion personnelle autour du d\u00e9veloppement de ma compr\u00e9hension et de mon comportement de dirigeant. Chacun doit d\u00e9cider s&rsquo;il consid\u00e8re ce livre comme un guide et s&rsquo;il l&rsquo;applique de mani\u00e8re dogmatique. Je suis critique vis-\u00e0-vis de l&rsquo;application non remise en question des connaissances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 qui s&rsquo;adresse votre recommandation&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A toutes les personnes qui dirigent des \u00e9quipes et d\u00e9veloppent une culture de la haute performance. Dans le contexte militaire, je le recommande \u00e0 tous les cadres, en particulier aux cadres sup\u00e9rieurs dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leur style de conduite personnel. Car celui-ci influence consid\u00e9rablement les subordonn\u00e9s et leur style de conduite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment ce livre vous a-t-il aid\u00e9 dans votre quotidien de chef militaire&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de mon premier poste de commandant de bataillon et de mes premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat-major.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un nouveau commandant offre toujours l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;un changement culturel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 quel aspect du mod\u00e8le Command-Leadership-Management attribuez-vous votre livre&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le livre met en lumi\u00e8re en grande partie l&rsquo;aspect du leadership. J&rsquo;aimerais attirer l&rsquo;attention sur le fait que dans ce domaine, nous avons, en tant que cadres, l&rsquo;enti\u00e8re responsabilit\u00e9 de promouvoir la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la performance au sein de nos \u00e9quipes. Nous provoquons ainsi un changement de culture militaire, ce qui nous permet d&rsquo;augmenter consid\u00e9rablement l&rsquo;aptitude au combat et \u00e0 la guerre de la troupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u00f9 voyez-vous les plus grands d\u00e9fis \u00e0 venir pour la conduite dans l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e suisse&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Que nous mettions nos cadres en contact tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t et de mani\u00e8re encore plus cibl\u00e9e avec le th\u00e8me du leadership, sans cr\u00e9er plus de confusion que de clart\u00e9 par trop d&rsquo;informations. Que nous encouragions, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans le cadre hi\u00e9rarchique, une culture dans laquelle la confiance et une culture de la dispute ouverte sont les cl\u00e9s du succ\u00e8s. L&rsquo;image de soi doit en outre passer de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e de formation \u00e0 l&rsquo;engagement. J&rsquo;ai parfois l&rsquo;impression que nous nous concentrons trop sur l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution correcte des proc\u00e9dures d&rsquo;engagement au lieu de nous concentrer sur l&rsquo;exploitation des chances et la volont\u00e9 de gagner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitesse du changement technologique et les menaces en constante \u00e9volution qui en d\u00e9coulent nous obligent \u00e0 maximiser la flexibilit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation cr\u00e9ative. Nous y parvenons en donnant aux \u00e9quipes les moyens d&rsquo;agir de la mani\u00e8re la plus d\u00e9centralis\u00e9e possible et en les encourageant \u00e0 devenir des \u00e9quipes tr\u00e8s performantes. L&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit \u00ab&nbsp;combattre pour gagner&nbsp;\u00bb me semble important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et o\u00f9 voyez-vous les plus grandes chances \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de jeunes leaders et de connaissances suppl\u00e9mentaires s&rsquo;accompagne de certains aspects culturels et de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences de cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La transformation a commenc\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 propos de l&rsquo;auteur de la recension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mathias Maurer est le CEO de Swiss Innovation Forces&nbsp;AG, l&rsquo;unit\u00e9 d&rsquo;innovation de l&rsquo;Arm\u00e9e suisse et du DDPS.
