En tant que pasteur et communicateur, il a constat\u00e9 \u00e0 maintes reprises que ses discours et ses pr\u00e9dications \u00ab tombaient dans le vide \u00bb et n&rsquo;avaient aucun impact sur la vie de ses auditeurs. Dans son livre, il donne des conseils pratiques pour qu&rsquo;un discours ait vraiment \u00ab de la chair sur l&rsquo;os \u00bb et devienne pratique et r\u00e9alisable. Bien s\u00fbr, chaque communicateur a son propre \u00ab style \u00bb &#8211; mais le livre est adaptable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 qui s&rsquo;adresse votre recommandation&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;adresse \u00e0 tous ceux qui essaient de communiquer de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que quelque chose change r\u00e9ellement et concr\u00e8tement dans la vie de leurs auditeurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment ce livre vous a-t-il aid\u00e9 dans votre quotidien de chef militaire&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 de mes discours et de mes interventions publiques s&rsquo;est nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. Mais surtout, je ne m&rsquo;arr\u00eate plus \u00e0 v\u00e9hiculer des \u00ab v\u00e9rit\u00e9s \u00bb, mais je les rends praticables et applicables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 quel aspect du mod\u00e8le Command-Leadership-Management attribuez-vous votre livre&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Qui communique dirige ! Pour diriger, il faut bien communiquer&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb Une bonne communication (\u00ab&nbsp;transmission de sens&nbsp;\u00bb) est un facteur cl\u00e9 d&rsquo;un bon leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u00f9 voyez-vous les plus grands d\u00e9fis \u00e0 venir pour la conduite dans l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e suisse&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le leadership dans une arm\u00e9e d&rsquo;instruction est tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rent du leadership en situation d&rsquo;engagement. Je pense qu&rsquo;il y a des choses \u00e0 venir&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Et o\u00f9 voyez-vous les plus grandes chances \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Que nous apprenions d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 entra\u00eener les \u00ab soft skills \u00bb communicatives du leadership (encouragement \/ empathie \/ clart\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;orientation des objectifs \/ transmission de la vision \/ disposition au sacrifice et exemple du leader lui-m\u00eame) et \u00e0 les transmettre aux \u00e9chelons inf\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 propos de l&rsquo;auteur de la recension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cap aum Daniel Rohner est chef EM Service d&rsquo;aum\u00f4nerie de l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e et actif dans le bat PM 2.
