Edgar H. Schein utilise plusieurs exemples pour cr\u00e9er un cadre analytique du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne culturel mais livre aussi un mod\u00e8le qui peut \u00eatre utiliser afin d\u2019influencer et changer la culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-larger-font-size\">Qu&rsquo;est-ce qui vous pla\u00eet le plus dans ce livre&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet ouvrage fait partie de l\u2019enseignement dispens\u00e9 au Command &amp; General Staff College de Fort Leavenworth. Il refl\u00e8te donc un \u00e9l\u00e9ment que je ram\u00e8nerai en Suisse de mon s\u00e9jour de formation ici. Cet livre a retenu mon attention en ce qu\u2019il permet de d\u00e9chiffrer un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne \u00e9vident mais complexe que l\u2019on nomme culture. Dans un monde en constants changements, je pense qu\u2019un leader doit disposer de certaines cl\u00e9s d\u2019analyse pour pouvoir penser et analyser ses propres actions dans le cadre de la culture militaire suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-larger-font-size\">Y a-t-il des points sur lesquels vous ne soutenez pas l&rsquo;argumentation du livre ou des domaines qui, selon vous, ne sont pas assez d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Non.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-larger-font-size\">\u00c0 qui s&rsquo;adresse votre recommandation&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recommandation s\u2019adresse plut\u00f4t \u00e0 un public habitu\u00e9 aux concepts acad\u00e9miques mais permet une utilisation d\u00e8s le niveau de la compagnie. Dans notre syst\u00e8me de milice, cet ouvrage rev\u00eat toutefois l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de pouvoir \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 dans le cadre du service militaire mais \u00e9galement au sein de toutes entreprises priv\u00e9es dans laquelle l\u2019officier de milice pourrait \u00eatre employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-larger-font-size\">Comment ce livre vous a-t-il aid\u00e9 dans votre quotidien de chef militaire&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les 3 \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la culture tels que d\u00e9finis par Schein (artefacts, croyances adopt\u00e9es, hypoth\u00e8ses sous-jacentes) m\u2019ont permis de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir r\u00e9troactivement sur certaines situations rencontr\u00e9es lors de ma carri\u00e8re. Pour le futur, ils vont me permettre de pouvoir agir en tant que leader sur l\u2019environnement qui m\u2019entoure et de contribuer au d\u00e9veloppement de la culture des forces arm\u00e9es suisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-larger-font-size\">\u00c0 quel aspect du mod\u00e8le Command-Leadership-Management attribuez-vous votre livre&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ouvrage se trouve \u00e0 l\u2019intersection des Leadership et Management dans le fait que la culture fait le pont entre l\u2019individu et le groupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-larger-font-size\">O\u00f9 voyez-vous les plus grands d\u00e9fis \u00e0 venir pour la conduite dans l&rsquo;arm\u00e9e suisse&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vois un grand d\u00e9fi pour la conduite de l\u2019arm\u00e9e de se concentrer sur la pr\u00e9paration effective au combat des forces arm\u00e9es apr\u00e8s plusieurs d\u00e9cennies de conduite manag\u00e9riale. (voir le r\u00e9cent ouvrage de R. Jaun, Histoire de l\u2019arm\u00e9e suisse). Il est grand temps de revenir au principe de \u00ab&nbsp;Kriegsgen\u00fcgen&nbsp;\u00bb pour orienter la formation des cadres et le d\u00e9veloppement des forces arm\u00e9es. Son seul but constitutionnel est en effet de d\u00e9fendre la Suisse et sa population et non de se porter sur d\u2019autres horizons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-larger-font-size\">Et o\u00f9 voyez-vous les plus grandes chances \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pense que les nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sont innovatives et qu\u2019elles d\u00e9sirent contribuer \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de notre pays. En ce sens, si l\u2019arm\u00e9e sait int\u00e9grer de mani\u00e8re agile ces bonnes volont\u00e9s et profiter de la masse de capacit\u00e9s diverses qui se trouvent dans notre population, notre capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9fense en ressortira grandie et notre arm\u00e9e n\u2019en sera que plus efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c0 propos de l&rsquo;auteur de la recension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lieutenant-colonel EMG Julien Grand, issu des troupes de d\u00e9fense contre-avions, il a effectu\u00e9 la plupart de sa carri\u00e8re de milice comme commandant d\u2019unit\u00e9 puis de Groupe au sein du Gr eg L DCA 1. Officier de carri\u00e8re depuis 2008, il a occup\u00e9 le poste d\u2019officier sup\u00e9rieur adjoint du commandant des Forces a\u00e9riennes apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cole DCA Stinger comme instructeur d\u2019unit\u00e9 et chef planification. Il a ensuite occup\u00e9 un poste comme chef de groupe aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Ecole d\u2019Etat-major g\u00e9n\u00e9ral avant de rejoindre la Command and General Staff School o\u00f9 il est actuellement en formation.
